If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week to request a refund and return your item.

- The package needs to be returned in its original packaging with the original receipt of the purchase.

We at Tritech OÜ are committed to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
However, there are times when we may not have the product(s) you choose in stock. In such cases, we will contact you to offer a new delivery time. If you prefer, you can choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive due to issues with the logistics company, we will work with the logistics provider to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.
We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product to ensure that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Tritech OÜ is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and, if it meets the guidelines mentioned above, we will proceed to issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a few days to process, but you will be notified once you receive your money.
Shipping
Tritech OÜ is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping cost must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping initially. The customer has to cover the return shipping costs.
